Return and Exchange Policy

Return Window: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 15 days after the order is delivered.

Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. If a defective or wrong product is delivered, TWIN TIGERS (ThePopTees) will arrange for a reverse pickup at no cost to the customer.

Process for Returns:

  • Initiate a return request by contacting our support team at admin@thepoptees.in
  • Upon receiving your request, a pickup will be arranged by our courier partner.
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.

Important Note: Please take a video/photo of the product before packing and handing it over to the courier to avoid any disputes.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, like intimate wear (boxer shorts, etc.), are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.



Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse and after passing a quality check. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Coupon Refunds: If a coupon was used for purchase, the refund will be issued in a coupon code, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refund for COD orders will be provided as a coupon code for the total order amount. The coupon code will be sent to your registered email/contact within 48 hours after the product passes a quality check.
